To help us resolve things quickly, it’s useful to include:

• The name shown on your account.
• Your device model and iOS version.

Reporting & blocking

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. To report a post or comment, tap the … menu on it and choose Report; reported content is automatically hidden once enough members flag it. To block someone, open the report menu and choose Block User, or manage blocked users under Settings › Blocked Users. We review reports and act on violations, usually within 24 hours.

Common questions

• How do I delete my account? Open the App, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile and content.
• How does spoiler protection work? Posts and comments for an episode stay hidden until you’ve marked that episode as watched.
• How do I report or block someone? Use the … menu on any post or comment to report it or block its author.
