Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of Spoiler Alerts. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your Account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the content you post. Sign in is provided through Sign in with Apple.

User-Generated Content

The App lets you post text, comments, reactions, and a profile image that other members of your groups can see. You retain ownership of what you create, but you grant us a license to host and display it within the App so the service can function.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree that you will not post, upload, or share content that is:

• Unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic;
• Defamatory, fraudulent, or invasive of another person’s privacy;
• Infringing on intellectual property or other rights;
• Spam, or otherwise disruptive to the community.

You also agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.

Moderation, Reporting, and Blocking

To enforce these Terms, the App provides, and you agree to use responsibly, the following tools:

• Automated filtering of submitted content for objectionable material.
• Reporting — you can flag any post or comment. Content that is reported by enough members is automatically hidden.
• Blocking — you can block any user, which hides their content from you.

We review reports of objectionable content and act on them, typically within 24 hours, by removing content and/or suspending or terminating the accounts of users who violate these Terms. We may remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.

Purchases

Your first group is free. Additional group credits may be purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system, subject to Apple’s terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
